BTC Direct is committed to providing you with the best possible service and takes your feedback seriously. If you have a formal complaint, you can submit it in the following ways:

  • Option to fill in the form online?
  • If not, download the PDF file at the bottom of the page, fill it out, and send it by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Formal complaint”
  • Or send the official complaint form by post to the following address:

Important to know:

BTC Direct aims to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. However, the entire process may take up to a maximum of two months from the date we confirm receipt of your complaint, depending on its content and complexity. We will keep you informed of the progress throughout the process.

The handling and response to your complaint is free of charge.

You may submit your formal complaint in one of the following languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may submit the dispute to the competent court in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
