Step 2: Enter the amount of ripple you would like to sell

Now you have a registered account on our website selling ripple (XRP) is easy. Please note: you need to have at least 20 XRP in your wallet when you want to sell your coins. When you have less then 20 XRP in your wallet, the ripple protocol doesn’t allow transactions to be executed.

1. Log into your BTC Direct account
2. Choose ‘Sell’ on the homepage and select Ripple in the currency drop-down menu.
3. On the left side you can enter the amount of XRP you would like to sell. You will be shown the approximate amount of euros you will receive in return.
4. Click on the button ‘Sell Ripple’ and you will be forwarded to the order form.
5. Fill in your IBAN bank account number on the order form. If you have previously bought coins on our platform you will have the option to choose from the bank account numbers known to us.
6. Agree to our terms and conditions and click ‘Sell Ripple’.
7. On screen you will see our ripple receiving address. To sell your coins, please send the desired amount of coins to the provided address from your wallet.

Step 3: We’ll transfer euros into your bank account

Now you’ve completed all the steps, we’ll take care of the rest!

Your order will be executed as soon as your transaction is visible on the blockchain. We have multiple payout rounds a day so we can ensure you that the funds are in your bank account as soon as possible. In most cases it will be credited into your bank account within two business days.

You will receive an email to confirm your transaction with the exact payout amount. The amount is determined as soon as the transaction is visible on the blockchain.
