BTC Direct is one of the leading cryptocurrency brokers in Europe. With more than 600,000 users, we have a strong foundation today, but we think that's just the beginning. With the roll-out of our new products, we want to become the European market leader in the coming years and at the same time expand our services to the rest of the world.
Our team now consists of ~ 45 talented professionals, but if we are to achieve all of our goals, that will double in 12 to 16 months. Working in a fast-growing company is not for everyone. What are you going to participate in?
We are looking for a Product Owner with at least 5 years of experience who is not afraid of leading the development of our products in their consumer and enterprise variants. The Product Owner is the link between all the stakeholders including marketing, business development, customer support and software engineering. You are responsible for the definition of a roadmap for our products that guarantee a superlative value and stay on-track market response, but you will also have a main role in the technological development process itself ensuring new and improved products are released continuously. .
What do we expect from you?
- You are structured, enthusiastic and a real go-getter
- You know how to evaluate and coordinate urgency and priorities requests results of your frequent collaboration with all the stakeholders.
- You are technology curious and feel comfortable working very closely with the Development Team, supporting them on understanding the relevance of the features included in the product roadmap.
- You are a good listener with great communication and presentation skills.
- You have proven experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum.
- We use JIRA to manage our backlog, therefore experience with it is a pre.
- Experience or familiarity with the crypto domain is an advantage.
