The GDPR contains rules about the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data. On May 25, 2018, the Personal Data Protection Act lapsed. Since then, the provisions of the GDPR apply.

We store data regarding your transactions for at least seven years. Storing this data for our financial administration is a legal obligation. Other data, such as your Identity Document or Residential Address, will be stored until you withdraw your consent. When there is a legal requirement we will keep the data as well.
